Bickford's four production lines are housed in a spacious, modern factory building.

The bottling lines have layouts that were developed for efficiency and ease of maintenance. The combined current capacity is a fill rate of more than 45,000 bottles per hour.

The design of our facility is directed at versatility in terms of bottle shape and size, and product being bottled. Capability extends from 170ml glass to 20 litre PET with product viscosity ranging from Spritz to Iced Coffee and Cordials.

High speed filling at 25,000 bottles per hour is available for a range of bottle sizes, carbonated or non-carbonated.

Stretch blow moulding technology is used inhouse for the production of PET bottles and shrink sleeve labelling facilities are part of the plant's wide range of capabilities.

The quality of our products is assisted by the expert treatment and use of our raw material, water. Bickford's has invested in a sophisticated water treatment plant base that utilises reverse osmosis technology. Water is processed through sand filters, carbon filters and reverse osmosis membrane filters which minimise residual impurities.
