350mL Bickford’s Cashew milk
50g chia seeds
20g shredded coconut (optional)
30ml maple syrup
Fruit to serve
Natural Yoghurt or coconut yoghurt to serve
muesli to serve
1. Combine chia seeds, Cashew milk and maple syrup in a small bowl add coconut.
2. Allow to sit for about ½ an hour or cover and chill overnight.
3. Place into a serving glass, jar or bowl and serve with fresh fruit, muesli and yoghurt if desired.
