Lychee Blossom Breeze
Ingredients
- 80ml Bickford’s Peach Iced Tea Cordial
- 2 lychees
- 1 tbsp lychee syrup (from the tin)
- ½ tbsp jasmine tea leaves
- 180ml soda water
- Ice
Method
- Steep jasmine tea leaves in the cordial for 20–30 seconds, then strain to remove leaves.
- Gently muddle lychees in a serving glass, add lychee syrup, and fill with ice.
- Pour over the infused cordial, then top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with additional lychees and dried rose petals.
