Passionfruit Garden Fizz

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bickford’s Pineapple Passionfruit Cordial
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
  • 180ml soda water
  • Ice

Method

  1. Lightly clap mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma, then add to a serving glass with passionfruit pulp.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, layering some passionfruit pulp between the ice for visual appeal.
  3. Pour in cordial, top with soda water and gently stir.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig for a tropical finish.
