Passionfruit Garden Fizz
Ingredients
- 60ml Bickford’s Pineapple Passionfruit Cordial
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
- 180ml soda water
- Ice
Method
- Lightly clap mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma, then add to a serving glass with passionfruit pulp.
- Fill the glass with ice, layering some passionfruit pulp between the ice for visual appeal.
- Pour in cordial, top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with a mint sprig for a tropical finish.
