Our Lime Juice Cordial continues the proud tradition started by William Bickford and his wife, Anne Margaret, in 1839 at their small apothecary on Adelaide’s Hindley St. Rooted in quality, tradition, and purity, it remains a true South Australian heritage icon.

Ingredients

Sugar, Lime Juice from concentrate (35%), Water, Acidity Regulators (330, 331), Natural Flavours, Preservative (223) (Sulphites), CONTAINS SULPHITES.

Directions of use

Dilute with sparkling or still water for a real thirst-quenching taste or use as a mixer with premium spirits or as a cocktail ingredient.

Typical dilution: Mix 1 part Syrup with 5 parts water.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight prior to opening. Refrigerate below 5˚C after opening.
