Coffee Roasted
“Beer” Nuts

INGREDIENTS

800g mixed raw nuts

150ml Bickford’s Iced Coffee Syrup

5g salt

20g coconut oil

5g smoked paprika

5g cumin powder

2g chili powder

15g sesame seeds, toasted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C
  2. Roast nuts for about 10 minutes, until toasted
  3. Combine all other ingredients except the sesame seeds in a bowl and then add the roasted nuts
  4. Toss well to combine, then place on a lined baking tray and place them in the oven at 150°C tossing occasionally until crisp
  5. Remove from the oven sprinkle with sesame seeds and allow to cool before storing
