
INGREDIENTS
Makes about 36
140g whole meal flour
5 g baking powder
80g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
80g rolled oats
60g white sesame seeds
30g linseeds
Pinch salt and cracked pepper
40g coconut oil
50ml Bickford’s Iced Coffee Syrup
20ml water
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 160
- Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well
- Add the coconut oil, iced coffee syrup and water and mix until everything is nicely combined, and it forms a soft dough
- Divide into 3 or 4 balls and then carefully dust a sheet of baking paper with a little flour
- Place another sheet over the top and roll out as thin as possible
- Remove the top sheet of paper and slice into rectangles or triangles and place on baking trays
- Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool and break into pieces
- Store in an airtight container for several weeks. Enjoy as a delicious snack or on a cheese board
