Pineapple Mojito

INGREDIENTS

60mL 23rd St Distillery Signature Rum

30mL VOK triple sec

60mL Bickford’s Tropical Juice

Fresh lime

Fresh orange

Fresh pineapple

Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle the pineapple and lime in the bottom of a cocktail shaker
  2.  Fill shaker with ice and remaining ingredients. Shake
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
  4. Garnish with lime wedge, orange slice and pineapple slice
