INGREDIENTS

Crushed ice

Pomegranate arils

90mL Bickford’s Pomegranate Juice

1 Teaspoon maple syrup

30mL 23rd St Distillery Australian Vodka

110mL Prosecco

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the pomegranate juice, maple syrup, vodka and stir.
  3. Top up with prosecco and add pomegranate arils.
  4. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
