INGREDIENTS

Fruit Splash Raspberry & Hibiscus

30mL 23rd Street Signature Gin

Fresh strawberries

Fresh blueberries

Icy Pole Moulds

DIRECTIONS

1. Chop strawberries into quarter and drop into icy pole moulds
2. Add blueberries into icy pole moulds
3. Top with Fruit Splash Raspberry & Hibiscus and place in freezer for 2 hours
4. Once frozen, add to a glass and pour in Gin
5. Wait for Icy pole to start melting and enjoy
