60mL 23rd St Distillery Hybrid Whisk(e)y
15mL Lemon Juice
30mL Sugar Syrup (with sprinkle of cinnamon)
- Combine pear juice, hybrid whisk(e)y, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice.
- Top glass with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with fresh pear slither. Enjoy!
