Sparkling Bourbon Pear Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

90mL Bickford’s Cloudy Pear Juice

60mL 23rd St Distillery Hybrid Whisk(e)y

15mL Lemon Juice

30mL Sugar Syrup (with sprinkle of cinnamon)

Sparkling Wine

Ice

Fresh pear

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine pear juice, hybrid whisk(e)y, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake.
  2.  Pour into a glass filled with ice.
  3.  Top glass with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with fresh pear slither. Enjoy!
