Baked Brie with Cherry Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie (200–300g)
- 2–3 tbsp Bickford’s Cherry Syrup (see recipe)
- ½ cup fresh cherries, halved and pitted
- Crackers or crusty bread, for serving
Method
- Preheat to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the brie on a lined baking tray or in a small oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey but still holds its shape.
- Remove the brie from the oven and transfer it to a serving plate.
- Drizzle with cherry syrup and top with fresh cherry halves.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder or drinking chocolate, and garnish with coffee beans.
