Cloudy Apple Spritz
Ingredients
- 60ml Bickford’s Cloudy Apple Cordial
- 200ml Bickford’s Soda Water
- ¼ of a small apple, finely diced
- Fresh mint leaves
- Handful of blueberries or blackberries (optional)
- Ice cubes
Method
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add cordial to the glass.
- Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Sprinkle in the finely diced apple, fresh mint leaves, and a handful of blueberries or blackberries for a pop of contrasting colour.
- Serve immediately.

Scale up the recipe and serve in a clear glass pitcher for a crowd-pleasing presentation.
