Coffee Caramel Mini Egg Tarts

Ingredients
- Store-bought mini tart shells
- 1/2 cup thick caramel (e.g., dulce de leche or caramel top ‘n’ fill)
- 1 tbsp Iced Caramel Coffee Syrup
- Chocolate Speckled Eggs for decorating
Method
- Mix caramel with coffee syrup
- Spoon into tart shells
- Top each tart with speckled eggs
