Ginger Citrus Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Lemon cordial
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 60ml coconut water
  • ¾ cup ginger kombucha (can replace with soda water)
  • Optional garnish: fresh lemon slice, mint and/or edible flowers

Method

  1. Add the ginger and cordial to your shaker. Take the mint and clap it between your hands a few times to release the oils, then add it to the shaker along with the coconut water.
  2. Add ice, replace the lid, and shake well to combine. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with your choice of lemon, mint and/or edible flowers. Serve and enjoy!
