Ginger Citrus Cooler
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Lemon cordial
- 8 mint leaves
- 60ml coconut water
- ¾ cup ginger kombucha (can replace with soda water)
- Optional garnish: fresh lemon slice, mint and/or edible flowers
Method
- Add the ginger and cordial to your shaker. Take the mint and clap it between your hands a few times to release the oils, then add it to the shaker along with the coconut water.
- Add ice, replace the lid, and shake well to combine. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with your choice of lemon, mint and/or edible flowers. Serve and enjoy!
