Kiwi Ginger Nojito
Ingredients
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 10 mint leaves
- 30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Lime cordial
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup soda water
- Optional: ¼ – ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Optional garnish: kiwi slices, mint and/or lime
Method
- Peel the kiwi, then slice three thin rounds crosswise and set them aside for garnish. Chop the remaining kiwi into small pieces and add them to your glass. Muddle well until the juices are released and the pieces are small enough to sip through a straw.
- Clap the mint together in your hands to release the oils, then add them to the glass along with the lime cordial. Lightly press the mint 5–6 times with a muddler.
- Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the ginger ale and soda water. If desired, add a splash of apple cider vinegar for a tangy bite. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with the reserved kiwi slices, a wedge of lime, and a sprig of mint. Serve and enjoy!
