Pomegranate Prosecco Smash


  • Crushed ice
  • Pomegranate arils
  • 90mL Bickford’s Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon maple syrup
  • 30mL 23rd St Distillery Australian Vodka
  • 110mL Prosecco


  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the pomegranate juice, maple syrup, vodka and stir.
  3. Top up with prosecco and add pomegranate arils.
  4. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
