Raspberry Collins
Ingredients
- 45ml 23rd Street Signature Gin
- 30ml Bickfords Raspberry Cordial
- 20ml Fresh lemon Juice
- ½ bottle Bickford and Sons Soda water
Directions
- Add ice and all ingredients except Soda Water to a Boston shaker and shake well
- Fill a highball glass with ice and strain
- Top up with Soda Water
- Stir and Garnish with Fresh Raspberries
