Raspberry Lemon Punch

Ingredients
- 500 grams fresh or frozen raspberries (if using frozen, thaw first)
- 300mls Bickford’s Diet Lemon Cordial
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 litre soda water or dry alcohol-free sparkling wine
- Lemon, extra raspberries and mint to garnish (optional)
Directions
- Blend raspberries, lemon cordial and honey in a high-speed blender.
- Strain into a small punch bowl or pitcher.
- Add soda water or alcohol-free sparkling wine and stir gently.
- Add ice, raspberries, lemon slices and mint.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
