Salted Raspberry Mocktail
Ingredients
- 4 blackberries
- 4 raspberries
- 30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Raspberry cordial
- 30ml lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup soda water or ginger kombucha (for a probiotic hit)
- Optional garnish: blackberries and raspberries
Method
- Muddle the blackberries, raspberries, and cordial in the bottom of your glass until the juices are released and the pieces are small enough to fit through a straw.
- Add the lemon juice then fill the glass with ice. Top with soda water or ginger kombucha, then stir well. Garnish with berries. Serve and enjoy!
