Sparkling Bourbon Pear Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 90mL Bickford’s Cloudy Pear Juice
  • 60mL 23rd St Distillery Hybrid Whisk(e)y
  • 15mL Lemon Juice
  • 30mL Sugar Syrup (with sprinkle of cinnamon)
  • Sparkling Wine
  • Ice
  • Fresh pear

Directions​

  1. Combine pear juice, hybrid whisk(e)y, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake.
  2.  Pour into a glass filled with ice.
  3.  Top glass with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with fresh pear slither. Enjoy!
