Tropical Sunset Punch
Ingredients
- 30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Tropical cordial
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 90ml coconut water
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Optional: Splash of grenadine or pomegranate juice (for layered effect)
- Optional garnish: Citrus slices, pineapple fronds and/or edible flowers
Method
- Fill your glass with ice, then add the cordial, pineapple juice, coconut water and lemon juice.
- Stir gently, then slowly pour in the optional grenadine or pomegranate juice to create a layered effect. Garnish with citrus, pineapple fronds and/or edible flowers. Serve and enjoy!
