Spiced Orchard Pear
Ingredients
- 120ml Bickford’s Cloudy Pear Juice
- 60ml ginger ale
- 20ml Bickford’s Aromatic Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- Lemon peel
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Ice
Method
- Add pear juice and cinnamon syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass and top with ginger ale, gently stirring to combine.
- Twist the lemon peel over the drink to release the citrus oils then add the peel along with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig.
To serve warm
Gently heat pear juice, cinnamon syrup, cinnamon stick, and star anise together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until just warmed (do not boil). Strain into a glass, top with ginger ale, release lemon peel over the drink, and garnish with rosemary.
