Summer is my favourite time to gather friends and family around the table and create beautiful memories and share delicious food and drink. I’m so excited to share a collection of inspired recipes I’ve created in collaboration with Bickford’s – a South Australian company that has been a part of my life for years.
With over 150 years of heritage, Bickford’s isn’t just about incredible drinks; they’re about bringing people together to celebrate, just like I am. My recipes take some of my favourite Bickford’s cordials, juices and syrups and transform them into effortless, delicious dishes that elevate the simplest ingredients and make your summer entertaining an absolute breeze. From Middle Eastern-inspired pomegranate molasses to my family recipe of indulgent cherry syrup served on baked brie.
And, I know I shouldn’t have favourites, but my pineapple and passionfruit glazed crispy pork belly with kaffir lime and chili is an absolute crowd pleaser – and it’s on the table in under 30 minutes.
